Terms of use

Version 2026-11-04.2
Draft. This text describes what the product does and has not been reviewed by counsel. Highlighted items are facts the operator still has to supply.

The terms on which Togra Software ("we") offers Togra Transparency to a producer company ("you").

1. The service

Togra Transparency helps a producer prepare and issue transparency reports under Article 19 of Directive (EU) 2019/790 (S.I. No. 567/2021 Part 6) from the producer's own deal terms and receipts, and gives the people who receive them a page to read them on.

The service calculates from what you enter. It is a tool and gives no legal, tax or accounting advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your deal terms and receipts, for checking each report before you issue it, and for meeting your own reporting obligations.

2. Your account

3. What you may do

4. Your data

You own the content you enter and the reports you issue. We process personal data in it for you under the data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms. Our own use of account data is described in the privacy notice.

5. Suspension and ending

We may suspend a company's access, and stop its participants opening its reports, if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we will say why. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data. [Return of data on ending to insert.]

6. Availability

The service is a beta and is provided as it is. [Service level and support hours to insert.]

7. Liability

[Limitation and exclusion of liability to insert, settled by counsel.]

8. Law

[Governing law and courts to insert.]

9. Changes

Each change to these terms gets a new version number, shown above.
